Honey Muffins Recipe
|
2 c Flour 1/4 c Sugar 2 ts Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 2 Eggs 1/2 c Honey 1/2 c Orange juice 1/3 c Butter, melted 1 ts Vanilla extract In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
