Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers Recipe

| Ingredients | | | 6 | each | green or red peppers, tops removed, seeded | | | 1 | each | corn, 10 oz frozen package | | | 1 | pound | chuck, ground, browned, drained | | | 1 | each | tomato sauce, 8 oz can | | | 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | | | 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic salt | | | 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | | | 1 | cup | cheddar cheese, or swiss, shredded | | | 1/2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | | | 1/4 | cup | onion, chopped | | | 2 | tablespoon | ketchup | | | | | | Directions:
| Wash peppers and drain well. Combine all remaining ingredients except ketchup in mixing bowl. Stir well. Stuff peppers 2/3 full. Pour 3 tablespoons water in crockpot. Arrange stuffed peppers in crockpot. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.
