1/2 c Oil

1 c Honey

2 Eggs or egg replacer

1/2 c Water

2 1/2 c AM Whole Wheat Flour

2 ts Non-alum baking powder

1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)

1 ts Allspice

1 ts Nutmeg

1 ts Cinnamon

2 lg Apples; grated (with peel)

1 ts Vanilla

1/2 c -to...

1 c AM Sunflower Seeds

-(or chopped nuts) Beat honey, oil, eggs and water. Mix dry ingredients and add to honey mixture. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Fill oiled tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F. 12 to 15 minutes.
