Dak's Coconut-Pineapple Wheat Bread (Bread Machine) Recipe

1 pk Yeast 3 c Whole wheat flour 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Brown sugar 1 ts Vanilla 1 tb Oil 1/2 c Crushed pineapple, packed in It's own juice, drained 3 tb Pineapple juice (liquid Drained from can) 3/4 c Plus 3 tb water 1/2 c Shredded coconut (optional, Add at the start of second Mix) Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
