Banana Bread#1 Recipe - Baked Goods Recipes

1/2 cup shortening

1 cup sugar

1 cup sour milk

2 eggs

3 ripe bananas, -- crushed well

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup chopped nuts

Cream shortening, add sugar. Cream again, then add crushed bananas to creamed shortening and cream again. Beat all ingredients together.
