Matt's Orange Roughy Recipe
|
2/3 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons parsley flakes 2 tablespoons minced onion 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 large orange roughy fillets Combine all ingredients except orange roughy; mix well. Brush mixture generously on both sides of fillets. Bake at 350F for for 25 minutes.
