Pierogi Casserole Recipe
|
| Ingredients | | | 4 | each | potatoes | | | 1/4 | pound | white american cheese | | | 1/2 | bx | lasagna noodles | | | 1 | | butter | | | 1 | | milk | | | 2 | each | onions | | | 1 | | butter | | | | | |
Directions:
| Cook potatoes. Mash and add white American cheese. Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Grease an oblong pan with butter. Add a little milk to prevent sticking. Fry onions in butter.
Layer noodles and potatoes. Top with onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
