Potato Cheese Croquettes Recipe

2 c Cold mashed potatoes

1 Egg, beaten

1 c Cheddar cheese, grated

Salt to taste 3/4 ts Ac'cent

1/2 c Fine bread crumbs

1/2 c Milk

Break up potatoes. Beat egg in blender until frothy. Add potato pieces gradually, beating at medium speed until blended. Stir in cheese, salt, and Ac'cent. Shape as desired.
