Banana Bread (Blair) Recipe

2 c Flour; all purpose

1/2 c Butter; or other shortening

1 c Sugar

1/2 ts Baking soda

2 Eggs

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Baking powder

3 Bananas; mashed

1/2 c Nut meats; or raisins

Mix well and turn in well greased loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand in pan a few minutes, then remove
