Rocky Road Cake Recipe - Baked Goods Recipes

1 c Nuts; chopped

1 c Raisins; seedless

1 c Marshmellows; miniature

6 oz Semisweet chccolate pieces

1 pk Devil's food cake mix with

-pudding 4 Eggs

1 c Mayonnaise

1 c Water

Sugar; powdered; opt. Grease and flour tube pan. In small bowl, mix nuts, raisins, marshmallows and chocolate chips. In a large bowl, mix at low speed cake mix, eggs, mayonaise and water just until blended. Increase speed to medium, beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts-and-raisins mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove. Cool on rack. If desired, dust with powdered sugar.
