Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

| Ingredients | | | 1 | | margarine | | | 1/2 | cup | sunflower oil | | | 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | | | 2 | tablespoon | sugar | | | 1 | each | egg white | | | 3/4 | teaspoon | vanilla | | | 3 | tablespoon | water | | | 2 | cup | rolled oats | | | 1/3 | cup | white flour | | | 1/3 | cup | whole-wheat flour | | | 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | | | 1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | | | 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon, ground | | | | | | Directions:
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet with margarine. Cream oil with sugars; add egg white, vanilla and water, mixing well; add oats, flours, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, mixing only until blended. Do not overmix or you will lose the texture of the oats. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
