Sliced Tomato & Onion Salad Recipe

6 ea Tomatoes, peeled & sliced

-- crosswise 1/2 ea Spanish onion -=OR=-

1 ea Red onion, sliced into thin

-- rings 1/4 c Olive oil

1 tb Vinegar

1 ea Garlic clove, crushed

Salt & pepper Parsley, chopped 1 pn Sweet paprika

1 pn Cumin

Combine the tomato & onion slices. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients & pour over the tomatoes & onion.
