PEACH COBBLER Recipe

| Ingredients | | | | | | | | 2 | cup | biscuit mix | | | 1/2 | cup | milk | | | 2 | teaspoon | sugar | | | 3 | cup | peaches, peeled, sliced | | | 2/3 | cup | sugar 1 t flour | | | 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon, divided | | | 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | | | 2 | teaspoon | butter | | | | | | Directions:
| Preheat oven to 425F. Mix filling ingredients in pot; place on medium heat and allow to boil. Put hot fruit in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Mix dough ingredients in separate bowl; form into boll. Roll out dough. cover filling with rolled dough. Dot dough with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Bake 30 minutes at 425F. Apples, pears and plums may also be used with this recipe.
