Pfeffernuesse Recipe - Baked Goods Recipes

2 Eggs

250 g Sugar

250 g All purpose flour

50 g Cornstarch

1 t Baking-powder

1 tb Rum

1/2 Grated citron skin

Trace of clove, allspice and -nutmeg (for each) 1 pn Pepper

1 t Cinnamon

75 g Chopped candied lemon-peel

Icing
