2 c All-purpose flour

3 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

3 tb Butter or margarine; softene

1 1/8 c Sugar

1 1/2 c Sour cream

2 lg Eggs

1/4 ts Black walnut flavoring

Add well beaten eggs and sour cream. Add flour mixture and mix by hand or electric mixer until well mixed. Pour into 12 x 8 x 2 pan. Bake 40-50 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. * Speedy

Caramel Nut Frosting: Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup firmy packed brown sugar; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes,

stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup light cream; continue stirring and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; blend in 1 1/2 cups confectioners sguar and 1/3 cup chopped nuts; mix well. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla. If necessary thin with
