Quick Lemon Rice Soup Recipe


Ingredients
1eachonion, or 3 scallions, chopped
3cupkale, fresh, chopped
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/8teaspoonblack pepper
1/8teaspoontumeric
1/3cupvegetable broth
3cuprice, cooked
8cupwater, or vegetable broth
1/4cuplemon juice
1cupyeast, nutrional
1tablespoontamari, or soy sauce

Directions:

In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in 1/3 c vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
