Baked Potato Patties Recipe

6 md Potatoes, scrubbed 2 tb Onion; minced 1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper 2 tb Whole wheat pastry flour Preheat the oven to 375. Shred the potatoes coarsely. Mix with the onion, parsley, pepper, and flour. Shape into 4 patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
