Frying Pan Beef-A-Roni Recipe

1 pound ground beef 1 can onion soup 1 soup can water 1 package frozen green beans 4 ounces (1 c.) elbow macaroni 1 medium onion -- chopped 1/3 cup chile sauce In frying pan, brown beef and cook onion until tender.
